Congratulations to Dr. Costas Panagopoulos!
His co-authored paper, “Encouraging Small Donor Contributions: Field Experiments Testing the Effects of Nonpartisan Messages,” has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2014 MPSA Robert H. Durr Award.
The award is given for the Best Paper presented at the 2014 Midwest Political Science Association Annual Meeting (one of the discipline’s largest conferences) that applies quantitative methods to a substantive problem. The award is especially rewarding because the paper represents the inaugural study supported by the grants received from the Open Society Foundation and the Democracy fund to use field experiments to study aspects of campaign finance.
The official award will be announced at the 2015 MPSA Conference. Stay tuned for more information..
